About: Based out of Philadelphia, Ross Carlisle is an illustrator and painter whose works have been featured in print, on apparel, and in advertisements. His paintings have been exhibited all along the East Coast including galleries in New York City, Philadelphia, and Washington DC. Characterized by limited color palettes and an array of worldbuilding, Ross' work explores dichotomies and senses of scale, often examining how we measure up to the natural (or unnatural) world around us. Orphans of the Impact Winter, a comic he co-created with his brother Lee A. Carlisle was independently released in 2025. Pages and Panels described it as "a grand and emotional series that takes readers on a journey unlike any other."
